ORDERING FAQS

FAQ’S About Ordering and Shipping

Q: What is your order-production-delivery process?
A: We have a production run once per week. The cut off for the weekly run is Monday Noon EST (GMT-5). Anything ordered before that cutoff time will go into the production run for that week. The production run requires us to set up the molds, cast and finish (including enameling and adding stones where necessary) all the rings for that week. Unless we are happy with the quality we won't ship it to you. All this takes time but the rings are normally ready to ship at the start of the following week. We will package and ship the rings once they are ready. We don't charge extra for our default shipping which is provided by using the Thai Post Office International service and we will always provide a Tracking number for you to monitor the progress of your delivery. It usually takes about 10 working days for you to receive your order once it has been shipped. For an extra fee we can also ship via FexEx which normally takes 3 working days. You can chose this option at the checkout.

Q: What metals do you work in?
A: Our primary metals are Bronze / Surgical Stainless Steel and 92.5 Sterling Silver, but we can always use other metals such as Copper, Pewter and Gold.

Q: What stones do we use?
A: Because we are in Southeast Asia we have access to top quality stones at much lower prices than available in the West.

Q: Do you do custom work?
A: Yes many of the designs we sell started their life as custom designs. If you are a bike club and want a club patch then check out our Club Patches and Custom Designs Page to see what's possible in taking your club patch or logo and creating a line ideal for club or organization.

Q: How long does a custom design take?
A: 30-60 days depending on refinement changes and quantities.

Q: What is the cost for a custom design?
A: Basic cost for a set up is $295.00 this includes the art work / bitmap, master wax and mold, but the final cost will be agreed before we ask you for any money. Q: Do you have a minimum for production runs?A: No we have no minimum.

Q: What is the cost per piece after set up?
A: This varies and will be quoted when you submit your order, usually around $55.00 for Stainless Steel and for Silver it depends on the market value of silver.

Q: Do you do items other than rings?
A: Yes we do pins, chest medals, pendants, key chains, belt buckles, and anything you can come up with.

Q: Can you handle high volume and large orders?
A: Yes We are able to produce as many as 3000 pieces a month.

ORDER PROCESSING / SHIPPING

Order Processing:You will receive an email once an order has been received.

You will also receive a confirmation email with a link to the site where there will be a shipping reference once your order ships.

Shipping Frequently Asked Questions:

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Since most items are made to order, between placing an order and dispatching it usually takes between 15 to 20 working days depending on when the order is placed.

Standard international shipping takes around two weeks for delivery once the item has been shipped. If FedEx is chosen then delivery times are 5 to 7 working days. If the exact item is already in stock we will normally ship within 2 to 3 working days.

Custom designs will normally take around 4-6 weeks including delivery time.

Q: How do you ship?A: We ship via Registered Post.
A reference number is provided by the post office but not as a tracking number. For customers who want proof of a shipped item we can scan the receipt from the post office.

Our customers name is always printed on the receipt. A customers signature is required at the delivered address. Basic shipping is included in our price. Premium shipping is also available but requires an additional fee. Premium delivery is normally 5 to 7 working days delivery.

Q: I’m in a hurry can you rush my order?
A: Sorry probably not, there aren’t a lot of shortcuts we can make in this careful process of creating an item you will love.

ORDER TRACKING

For FexEx go to their website and enter the tracking reference there.

For Standard Shipping, we use Express Mail Service (EMS) - so any tracking site providing EMS tracking can be used. You'll need the shipping reference we supply on the order status page.

When the tracking shows the following lines it means it's left the airport in Thailand for your destination country.

Click Track and you'll get a results page that allows you to see the History and also allows you to sign up for SMS or email notifications.

The next entry will usually be when it's arrived in your country and is either in customs processing or has cleared customs and has been accepted by your country's postal service.

For customers in The United States you can use the USPS tracking service once the package has left left Thailand.

Our jewelry is not plated silver it is .925 Solid Sterling Silver. Given the handmade nature of our jewelry and different sizing of rings, any advertised weights should be considered approximate.

You can rest assured that your order will be delivered and as quickly as humanly possible whilst maintaining our high standard of quality that we have earned a reputation for.

US Dollar prices ($US) are shown as a guide only and may not reflect the exact exchange rate at time of your order dispatch. Our goods are sold at American Dollar prices and overseas buyers will receive the current exchange rate calculation as performed by the payment system at time of checkout.
